Companion Care Services includes: mental (cognitive) stimulation, running important errands, meal prep, reading aloud, light cleaning, transportation to important appointments or events, shopping, safety supervision and more.

Homemakers Services

With our Homemaker Services, our clients will no longer need to worry about household chores. Our Homemaker Services included: Doing light laundry, cooking, shopping, light cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, assistance with pet care, taking out the garbage and more.

Personal Care Attendants provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions.

Personal Care Attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring, compassionate and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards. Respite Care

Respite Care is designed to give family caregivers a break from their caring role and can be arranged for planned breaks, regular weekly breaks, short holidays or emergencies. Your love one’s safe return to their home after a hospital stay or from a care facility is crucial to their recovery and well-being. Special attention and care is needed at this important time and Amity Home Care is here to provide them. Our Safe Transition Home™ program provides care, protection plus peace of mind for our clients and their family members. The program is billed at a flat rate one time fee and includes: transportation home, home safety check, new prescription pick up, old prescription disposal, making follow-up appointments, picking up needed supplies from the store, checking refrigerator for expired food, three medication reminders via phone, calling family members to confirm successful transition and more.
